I have no excuse for my lack of blogging lately, I've just been enjoying the summer and really haven't had much to write about!

Between the long 4th of July holiday weekend filled with cookouts and such, family being in town, enjoying the lack of work I've had to do for Microbiology, and spending time with friends and family, I've just been ignoring my computer! And it feels SOOOOOO good! So, sorry for taking 5+ days to respond to comments (some of which I still haven't gotten to... they're coming), and sorry for not reading and commenting on your blogs. I'd say I'll do better, but with the beautiful weather in full swing, the trend as of late will probably remain.

Honestly, I don't have much to say, other than "Hi!" It's same ole', same ole' around here. However, I do have some thanking to do...

JoJo @ Newlywed Adventures passed on the Outstanding Blogger Award to me! I feel so honored, especially since we haven't been reading each other's blogs for long! Thanks, JoJo!

This morning I received a message in my inbox from a secret reader, Jacki @ Learn as you Go! Not only did she de-lurk, but she also told me she had given me an award! Receiving an award from a new reader feels like Christmas. Thanks Jacki! By the way, she's only been blogging for a week, so hop on over and show her some lovin'!

1.What would your perfect day consist of?

Oh, sheesh, I don't know. To be honest, I have pretty perfect days a lot of days-- at least that's been the case lately. With babysitting being really slow this summer and class only two nights a week, I have a lot of free time. Much of which is spent lounging by the pool, which is pretty perfect to me :)

2. Walking in the woods in wellies or barefoot on the beach?

Barefoot on the beach... DUH! There's mosquitoes and gross critters in the woods. And sand feels so good between my toes! But I do love wearing wellies on rainy days!

3. Have you ever hugged or sang to a tree?

Haha, not to my knowledge. Although I do hear singing to plants can help them grow. I also hear that God isn't real and the Holocaust never happened, so I take the singing rumor with a grain of salt ;)

4. Do you believe in Fairies?

I think the existence of UFO's and aliens is more realistic.

5. What hobbies are you working on?

Becoming a nurse!
