Wednesday's Words of Wisdom (On Thursday).

You can learn many things from children. How much patience you have, for instance.
Franklin P. Jones

I thought this was fitting as I will be playing 'mom' to three kids (4, 3, 15mos) Friday-Sunday. Fortunately, they're my regular kids and I absolutely adore them, so I'm excited and they are, too :)

Also, does anyone else find this image to be incredibly, um, odd?

Great quote and good luck with the kids this weekend! Sounds like you'll have your hands full!

Too funny that you went to Dayton!! My mom grew up there and my bf is from Centerville, right next door! ...And I suppose I have gotten followers from my blogging obsession, I love finding new ones, like yours! :)

Well, my mind is always in the gutter so I noticed the whole "bent over" situation immediately. It doesn't take long for my mind to register things like that...but then again, I still cant figure out how to play Wii Lego Batman with my kids. But if Batman had a huge prick that shot and killed the bad guys, I'd probably figure it out pretty darn quickly.

Moving on...does that family even realize how blessed they are to have someone as wonderful and trusting as you to watch their kids for an entire weekend???? I can't think of one person near us who I would trust to watch our kids for 3 straight days. Our anniversary is coming up next week and Tim suggested sending the kids to his parents house for just one night and the idea of it made me feel sick to my stomach. I wish I had someone I could trust completely who would watch the kids in our own home, where I know it's all baby-proofed and safe.

Um... I kind of like the picture. But I'm a little weird. And sleep deprived. And stressed. So... you decide.
